Support is available for all software products that we offer.

We offer monthly support agreements, as well as a pay as you go plan. The monthly support plan costs $75.00 per month for the primary (Hub) location, and $25.00 per month for each additional location. We invoice in advance on the 1st of the month. Payment must be received by the 5th of the following month for uninterrupted coverage.

If you would prefer a pay as you go plan, our hourly rate is $85 per hour billable in 15 minute increments. Payment is due at the time service is rendered.

Support hours are from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. seven days a week. We close for the period of 6:00 p.m. December 24th, thru 7:00 a.m. December 26th.
