			How to calculate the price for a CounterPoint System:
			System price = Base system price + (Number of Options x Price per Option)

			CounterPoint Subscription Service (CSS)
			CSS is $50 per CounterPoint user with a $200 minimum.

										Requires the Purchase of a Multi-Site Hub.

										The configurations user count determines the number of concurrent instances of CounterPoint that can be launched. A 5-user system may have up to 5 concurrent instances. If a Windows or Unix workstation launches multiple instances of CounterPoint then each instance is considered one "user". Also, each instance of the Modem Server Option counts as one "user".

										If installed at the Multi-Site Hub, these Options are automatically available at the Satellite. Price is based on the user count at the Hub.

											These Options must be purchased for each Satellite. Price is based on the user count at the Remote.

										The first year of CSS is required. Subscriptions are renewed annually. CSS is required for any configuration changes or software updates. If CSS is discontinued, an additional fee will be charged when CSS is restarted. CSS includes shipping charges within the continental United States. The number of "CounterPoint users" for calculating CSS is based on the user count for the registered software configuration, and for Multi-Site systems, also includes users registered at all Remotes. For Multi-Site installations, to receive one additional CD for each Remote (shipped to one location), add $60 per Remote.
